I got excited when i saw this at first. I thought some genius must have turned Edgar Allan Poe?s poem into a feature length film. Then i noticed it was STV and then i read the plot synopsis. This is very much just literary rape. I will still watch this because it?s a horror and horror movies are hilarious. And who knows, maybe they will throw in a few references to the poem.
Roderick throws a masquerade ball inside a creepy mansion with a dark past. An infamous mass-murder happened there fifty years ago to the night, but that?s part of the fun for the posh hotties who show up for some boozy partying. The reverie is cut short when a Raven-masked killer crashes the party, intent on repeating the bloody history of the ?Ravenwood Massacre? that happened decades ago. As the unknown killer picks the guests off one by one, old grudges resurface among friends, and new suspicions emerge.
